All stages of processing provide for the reduction of the product up to - 20 °, in order to keep its organoleptic properties and nutritional values unchanged, as well as the use of food metal detectors for the detection of metal contaminants.
Because we handle products dedicated to intolerances and allergies, we give absolute importance to avoid any alla cross contamination always guaranteeing the highest safety standards.
